Unless they figure out laundry, she's gonna be UH OH STINKY! I'm sure food will be fine though since they are going through society and have money.
What about Tsunade? Doesn't she go where she pleases? I understand why them leaving would involve a mission (Likely B-Rank by their classification) even if not really a mission/Should be D-Rank. Kakashi, and possibly Guy, can defend themselves just fine.
Mirai is learning a bit though, her genjutsu was good though for staying hidden and unlike most characters, not harming the surroundings.
